Finding the right size
Sizing is the main reason clothes get sent back, so every garment page gives UK sizes, with a conversion table where the label uses letters instead of numbers. Where a range comes up small we say so on the page, and where a style is worth sizing up we tell you before you order.
Buying for a baby
Cot bedding is listed by mattress size in centimetres, because cot, cot bed, crib and spacesaver mattresses are four different sizes and a sheet that does not fit snugly is a safety matter. Car seats give their approval standard and the height a child can use them to. If a page does not tell you what you need, ask us.
Delivery and returns
UK delivery is free on orders over £60. You have 14 days from receiving an order to cancel it and a further 14 days to send it back, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Full detail is in our delivery policy and returns policy.
